All property blueprints and legal documents are stored in secure, encrypted cloud repositories. Only the assigned legal counsel, registrar specialist, and surveyor are granted access to the files. Hard copies of reports are shredded upon completion of the consulting engagement unless explicitly requested otherwise by the client.
